About Dr. Zimmerman

Dr. Zimmerman grew up in Port Washington, New York, but he moved to Pennsylvania to attend Penn State University. After graduation, he completed his doctorate in chiropractic in 1986 at Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Soon after, Dr. Zimmerman opened his first chiropractic office in Maryland. After spending some time in Maryland, he decided to move to Charleston, South Carolina, and eventually founded Zimmerman Chiropractic in 1997.

At Zimmerman Chiropractic, Dr. Zimmerman provides a gentle approach to patients’ pain conditions, working with them to find relief for headaches and migraines, as well as offering exercise programs and nutrition advice for back pain and neck pain.

Patients can receive the care that they need for neuropathy and fibromyalgia at Zimmerman Chiropractic. Dr. Zimmerman also offers BrainCore™ neurofeedback system to help patients with ADHD, anxiety disorders, and insomnia.
